Blush & Babe LLC Return and Refund Policy

At Blush & Babe LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Returns are accepted for exchanges only, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • We do not accept exchanges for sale items, gift cards, or personal care items.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at blushandbabe.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item for exchange.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within [X] days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items
